FAQ

This isn't anything like my doctor told me.

My point exactly.

It's not that your doctor isn't doing his best. But they get very little information about nutrition and vitamins in school. And their basic instruction on hormones is to intervene when someone is dying.

I think that leaves a lot of room for improvement.

You mean there's things modern medicine is wrong about?

I'm afraid so. It was only in 1847 that Ignaz Semmelweis proposed that doctors wash their hands to prevent the spread of disease. He was laughed out of the profession and murdered in the insane asylum he was forced into.

New ideas in medicine don't get embraced swiftly and easily, all I'm saying. Now, should I (heaven forbid!) fall into a combine, there's no one I want putting me back together more than a modern surgical trauma team. When it comes to that, we're tops!

Chronic illness? There's a freakin' reason they call it that.

So it worked for you. How do I know it will work for me?

Well, we're both humans. I figure.

I encourage everyone to figure out what works for them. People differ in their optimum diet, their particular hormone dysfunction, and their genetic epigram that has been leavened by their environment and experience.

But since the past several decades of nutritional advice has created health mayhem, I think my advice is worth investigating.

What you talk about is so weird and "out there."

Tell me about it. I know it sounds very strange. And to be perfectly honest, I wouldn't have tried any of it if I wasn't desperate.

But I was. And it transformed my life. And here we are.

But I have to change my entire life!

That's how it works.
